My housemate has been slaving over her short film for what seems like most of the year and it appears to have been more a lesson in dispute resolution than anything else. Anyway if you are in the area, and want to see what happens when a handful of people fight over every single decision during the film making process, come and see "Helmet Crab" (no, it is not about STDs which is what I thought too!) It is part of Visionnaire the Deakin Uni student film festival this Sunday at the Astor, 8pm, for $10 you get to see all the other Deakin film students films as well.
