Frewrious Spew

OK I'm back! Finally finished uni for this year, although it does feel a bit poxy now, I have nearly four months off and I haven't organised a job or anything so looks like I will be very poor and staying home a lot. At least that will give me a chance to read some of the books I always think I should have read. At the end of semester I always get the feeling that I have wasted the last few months, and all that stuff that you have to skim over at the last minute is really interesting, and if only you had started sooner...
Also I may have screwed up my chances of getting into arts next year by handing all my politics essays in really late and thereby considerably decreasing my marks. Basically I am relying on going pretty damn well in my English subject which is growing more and more unlikely every time I think of it cos the essay was a really bad rant about crap and led to extended discussions with my housemate about whether the past is an entity (I still think it is, in a mythological sense) and whether I could use the sentence "humans feared they were on a dying limb of the tree of life" which she thought was overly melodramatic and had to be scribbled out muchly with a big red pen.

Have had an utterly miserable night at work tonight as my hay fever is appalling and the roof of my mouth is really itchy and is causing my ears to pop, so now I am going to watch Futurama and some new exciting christian style family values show that is on after, Yay! late night summer TV is here!
